Brief de Design de Logo

Hello... I am looking for a fun, unique logo for our informal club. This club is a group of tequila lovers based in La Quinta, CA USA. We plan to add this logo to napkins, shorts, and hats. The application will be primarily via embroidery. Thus, we need to keep in mind the expense associated with "numerous" colors within the logo.
We would like to have a LOGO with the words " RLQ Tequila Club" below it... or intergrate 'RLQ" into the logo somehow and have "Tequila Club" below it.
We would like the logo to be clearly identify "tequila" and a sense " La Quinta, CA... which is a desert community in the Coachella Valley, California, USA. ... la quinta is tylically noted with a desert palm tree ( i have attached an exapmple of the desert palm tree )
Tequila can be captured with an agave plant and/or a shot glass ( lime wedge maybe )
