Brief de Design Photoshop

I have an existing website design that I like. www.splasheye.com. The blue pictures were all done previously and I do not have access to the people or process. Working on a new website and I need to process some screenshots in a similar stylised way. One test image is attached. The winning design/process will then process about 10 images for me.
