Brief de Design Graphique

Create a fun, modern illustrated Christmas card showing Santa in a bright, high-tech Well Pack warehouse. Elves or robots handle colorful reusable boxes (red, green, brown, black) on conveyor belts under warm festive lights. Style should match last year’s illustration – detailed, clean, and joyful.

Project Overview
Well Pack (www.wellpack.org) is a European service provider specializing in cleaning, logistics, and circular economy solutions.
Each year, we send a Christmas card to our customers, partners, and employees to share festive spirit while highlighting our values: sustainability, cleanliness, and innovation.
Our 2024 card featured a traditional Santa and tree illustration. (see attached)
For 2025, we want something completely new, humorous, and distinctive — a modern, lighthearted Christmas story set inside a Well Pack environment. Important: The way it is drawn should be the same (illustration like). But the card itself should not be similar to the last one.

Theme & Concept
“Santa’s Smart Warehouse”
Imagine Santa has upgraded his operations with Well Pack’s help.
He’s traded his old wooden workshop for a bright, high-tech, spotless warehouse — a magical logistics hub powered by reuse and circular economy.
In this lively scene, Santa and his helpers (elves or robots) work efficiently:
• Colorful reusable boxes (see attached how they should look – Important: NO LOGO ON IT and use exact colour codes) move on conveyor belts
• Elves clean, sort, and pack gifts with joy and precision
• In the background: a Christmas tree made of stacked Well Pack boxes glowing softly
• The whole atmosphere feels warm, modern, and joyful
The message:
Well Pack makes even Santa’s logistics cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable.
