ToGather Agency is a First Nations-led, not-for-profit organisation based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
We work across culture, education, healing, and social change, gathering people and knowledge to build stronger, safer, and more compassionate communities.
Our identity is grounded in truth-telling, cultural safety, and trauma-informed practice, blending Aboriginal worldviews with modern systems change.
We’re seeking a designer with the creative flair to capture the essence of connection — a logo that feels warm, grounded, and story-driven, while still professional and modern.
Design direction:
Colour palette: natural ochres, eucalyptus greens, warm earth tones, deep charcoal
Font: Atpos or similar grounded modern font
Style: minimalist, organic, timeless
Visual ideas: circles of gathering, weaving threads, ripples, roots, or gentle flow lines
Avoid: clichés or generic “Indigenous-style” motifs
The logo should represent unity, healing, and strength through connection, suitable for use across community, education, and government spaces.
