Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking to get a new logo for a Powersports dealership I purchased. We are located in northern Canada and I want the logo to represent that. I would like the logo to be clean and professional looking but still getting attention. I have an attached a quick sketch of what I am thinking of. I would also like to only use black, white and blue as the color pallet. Not baby blue and not too dark of a navy color. I am open to other design ideas that represent the northern regions, however I do not want mountains in my logo.
