Brief de Design de T-shirt

I have a dance studio that has a group of women dancers (60 or so) that call themselves the “Salt Water Tappies.” They tend to be older, 40 and up.
I have attached the t-shirt artwork I had created for them in 2023.
They want to do a new one for this year. Their big events are during the holidays, and a new, fresh shirt is top of mind for them.
They told me they want something Urban, Trendy, Graffiti, Edgy for the front. Being that they are older, it needs to be legible, not overly designed either.
For the back, it will have a similar appearance to the front.
The Tappies World Tour was a fun tie-in to the Rolling Stones' Lips artwork.
We like the tap shoe art, but something different, more edgy would be fun.
As it is for a small dance studio, cost is a factor as we are only printing 60 shirts.
Assume 2-3 colors on front and 1-2 colors on the back.
