Brief de Web Design

We recently changed our company core values and mission statement, I have added this (very simply) via word press. However I would like the values and mission statement page design upgrading and also to have them run through the rest of the website pages. Also, open to other recommendations on how to update our website. The main take away from the website should be that we are the "people company", both for our customers and our staff. We would like the logo and colour theme to remain as is. Venturi Healthcare is a health and social care company, who privately own a group of care homes in the north west of england. Attached is the core values, PEOPLE, our mission statement and also a word cloud that we would also like to embed in to the website.
