Brief de Design Graphique

We’re looking to commission a cartoon (caricarture style) for the front page of the Wimmera Mail-Times to celebrate the upcoming Wimmera Football League and Horsham District League Grand Finals (Australian Rules) plus two premiership posters which will all be published in our papers.
Time isn't on our side as we'll need the majority completed by the 16th/17th September, with another poster by the following week.
Examples of what we are looking for are attached in the files.
The teams/mascots that need to be included are:

Southern Mallee Thunder - They use colours teal, black & white. The mascot can be inspired by the Port Adelaide Football Club (Australian Rules) mascot Tommy 'Thunda' Power.

Ararat Rats - Colours are red & white. They use a rat for a mascot

Noradjuha Quantong Bombers - Red & black colours, using the bomber mascot, similar to that used by Essendon FC in the AFL. Their guernsey is black with a red sash, the same as Essendon.

Harrow Balmoral Roos - Blue & white colours, using a kangaroo mascot, similar to that used by North Melbourne in the AFL. Their guernsey is a blue and white vertical stripe, the same as North Melbourne.
