Brief de Design de Logo

I'm a South Florida real estate agent who has spent the past several years marketing myself as part of The Opes Group. I've recently made the decision to branch out and establish myself as an independent agent. My focus is on residential luxury real estate.

I'm looking to create a personal logo that aligns with the Compass brand—clean, modern, and strictly black and white. The design should be elegant, simple, and memorable, as it will be used across various platforms and materials including my website, hats, hoodies, pens, folders, and more.

Ideally, the logo will feature either my initials (with my full name underneath) or just my full name with the title Realtor. Examples I like are attached!
