Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to have a logo created for a consulting firm in the field of human resources. I already have a draft that appeals to me in terms of both design and color. I particularly like the fact that the leaves look like open arms. Ideally, could there be a second “person” in the symbol?

The following is important to me:
Cooperation on an equal footing, mutual trust
Open, friendly, and approachable
Clarity, reducing unnecessary complexity, structure, and a feeling of “It's in good hands.”
Calm, supportive
Minimalistic, elegant, gentle, modern, neutral
