Brief de Design de Logo

We are simplifying our construction company brand from “Drake Homes” to just “Drake” with the tagline "Homes & Commercial" to pay homage to drake homes but to also incorporate our commercial sector we've expanded into.

The new logo should maintain continuity with the original in terms of trust and recognition, while improving scalability, visual balance, and cross-platform usage. We are not tied to the logo mark as it was simply a placeholder, I do think there is opportunity to create a really nice logo mark that would represent both home and commercial builders.

We think the logo would be primarily a typeface but we also believe that there is opportunity to add a home and commercial element to it.

We would like to use our current color #bc1515 for the logo

If someone can create a logo mark to accompany the type face, that would probably get priority pick.

We want Drake to be priority and the tagline to exist alongside it.
