We are undertaking a full rebrand of our real estate agency and seek a distinctive, sophisticated logo that resonates with an international, discerning audience. Our goal is to create a brand identity that stands out, not just within real estate, but across a wide spectrum of industries.
Key Requirements:
- Originality: Avoid typical real estate motifs such as houses, rooftops, keys, or doors. We want something unexpected and memorable.
- Versatility: The logo should function as a strong, standalone brand mark, adaptable enough to represent both our agency and potential future ventures in other fields.
- Timeless Style: Strive for a design that conveys luxury, professionalism, and universal appeal, rather than trends or clichés.
- Global Sensibility: Ensure the logo feels modern, welcoming, and appropriate for a multicultural clientele.
- Scalability & Practicality: The logo will be used on listing boards, digital media, uniforms, merchandise, stationery, and gift items. It must work effectively across all sizes and formats, in both color and monochrome.
Deliverables:
