Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a law firm in regional NSW, called BSN Lawyers (Baldock Stacy & Niven). We are a general practice firm going through some change and looking for a more modern, fresh logo. Our colours are currently orange and dark blue but we'd be open to changing. We are open to a graphic however we don't want old fashioned scales, gavels, or courtroom related graphics in it. Old logo attached.
