Brief de Web Design

We have an feature in our CRM to produce online proposals but at the moment they look very boring and plain. We need fresh new exciting designs for them that look highly professional.
We will be choosing 5 designs to use as templates so our users can upload their logo, photos and select their colours so that it generates a professional looking proposal for them.

Here is a sample of one of the existing proposals. All the information that's in the proposal will be used:

One suggestion is to include compelling background images of houses. Also need to show a proposal date at the start of the document along with something that says 'This proposal is valid for 30 days'
