Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo for a new private equity firm that I am starting called Sagemeadow Capital Partners LLC. I am looking for something creative that conveys trust, integrity and wisdom. My preference would be something in green that incorporates a sage leaf somehow. Maybe even a sage leaf growing out of garden/meadow if it can be done without looking cluttered. I like the Oaktree Capital Management logo as an example (picture below) but would like to incorporate in Sage and maybe even a meadow if possible. I am looking for something conservative and traditional.
