Design a brochure. I would like to add the middle panel in the uploaded file. Need a good headline/ tagline to grab their attention. Here is some additional suggestions for content.
Our firm helps municipalities bring in more revenues which would otherwise be lost forever. We generate more revenue by filing reverse tax appeals. An assessor cannot just raise an assessment because it would be spot assessment, many properties are not paying their fair share. Briefly, we review your tax rolls at no cost. If we find properties we believe are substantially under-assessed we send you our recommendations to appeal. We worked on a contingency and pay all costs, win or lose. You also have an hourly option where you pay the costs win or lose.
