Brief de Design Facebook

We’re looking for a Facebook Cover Photo and Profile Icon design for Bayside Laine, a leading Residential Real Estate brand under Bayside Property Agents, based in Capalaba and Alexandra Hills, Queensland, Australia.

This design will represent my professional real estate profile and needs to be bold, clean, and on-brand.

Deliverables:

Facebook Cover Photo (820 x 312 px, optimized for mobile + desktop)

Facebook Profile Icon (1:1 ratio, minimum 320 x 320 px)

Design Guidelines:

1. Must Include:

The Bayside Laine logo (provided after project start)

Use of the Bayside Property Agents brand colour palette (will be supplied)

Clear connection to residential real estate

2. Optional but Preferred:

A local photo or skyline of Capalaba or Alexandra Hills in QLD (bonus points for this)

Space for a short tagline like:
“Selling Faster. Selling Smarter. Selling Bayside.”
(Optional tagline – open to variations if it improves layout/design)

3. Style & Feel:

Professional yet personable

Clean, modern aesthetic

Subtle touches of fun or personality are welcome

Layout must work well when overlaid by Facebook UI elements (like profile photo & call-to-action buttons)

Who I Am:
I'm a well-known residential real estate agent in the Redlands area, known for high-energy campaigns, premium video marketing, and a results-driven approach. My brand is fun, fresh, and high-performing — just like the real estate campaigns I run.
