About NOMA:
NOMA (No More Admin) is an innovative ecological consultancy and technology startup from the Netherlands. We're revolutionizing the ecological consulting industry by liberating ecologists from administrative work through AI and automation. Our ultimate mission: bringing orcas back to the Dutch North Sea as a symbol of radical nature restoration.

Design Challenge:
We need a contemporary, streetwear-inspired t-shirt design that reflects our tech-startup culture while maintaining professional credibility. This isn't your typical corporate workwear - we want something that ecologists would proudly wear both in the field and in their personal time.

Design Requirements:
Style Direction:
- Modern streetwear aesthetic (think Billabong, Patagonia, contemporary surf/outdoor brands)
- Clean, minimalist approach with subtle brand elements
- Professional enough for client meetings, cool enough for weekend wear
Oversized fit suitable for Stanley/Stella style garments

Design Elements to Include:
- Primary logo placement: Small, subtle logo on left chest area
- Back design: Larger, more prominent design element (can be artistic interpretation of our orca symbol)
- Sleeve or neck detail: Additional small text/logo element

Text integration: Incorporate one of these culture-reflecting phrases subtly:

Brand Symbol - The Orca:
Our brand revolves around the orca as a symbol of freedom, intelligence, and ecosystem health. The orca can be:
- Stylized/geometric interpretation
- Minimalist silhouette
- Abstract representation
- Integrated into typography

Color Palette:
- Primary: Monochrome (black, white, charcoal gray)
- Base shirt: Natural/cream or white, gray or black
Keep it minimal - this is about sophisticated restraint, not bright colors

What We DON'T Want:
- Traditional corporate logo placement (large logo center chest)
- Outdoor/workwear clichés (mountain silhouettes, extreme sports imagery)
