Brief de Design Graphique

I have a three change management models that I need design help with. One is the adoption curve (aware, able, adopt), A resistance curve (confusion, threat, avoidance) and a sponsorship model (say.do,recognize). In the two curves, I want to convey that the journey is not linear. In the sponsorship model, I want to convey that recognition is 3 times more impactful than say, and that "model" is twice as impactful as say. They all have to occur in order to drive speed to adoption. The models should feel simple, accessible and as if anyone with a pen and a napkin can apply them.
