Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our new Paediatric clinic called Banksia Paediatrics. Our clinic is on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia, and our target demographic will be families with children who have medical or developmental concerns, who have the means to afford private Paediatric care. We aim to be leaders in our industry, using innovative technology to deliver state-of-the-art health care to the community. Our brand logo and name should make it clear that we are a Paediatric clinic, but also have a level of sophistication/cool. We would like the design to include colours that reflect the natural environment (green, sand, ochre etc). Ideally, we would have a typographical logo, as well as a symbol (perhaps a stylized BP or something to do with Banksias). We had tried to do a logo ourselves but thought the symbol was too complicated, and the typography not sophisticated/cool enough (see attached). I have also linked below a couple of examples of font styles I like.
