Brief de Design Invitation

We are seeking a bold, professional invitation design for a VIP dinner event hosted by Vivex during the ASPN Conference on Friday, July 18th. This will be used primarily for LinkedIn promotion and as a PDF invitation shared directly with physicians, so it must look clean and polished in portrait orientation.

The design should reflect a high-end corporate aesthetic while still being eye-catching. We’d like to see a very subtle Arabic or Moroccan-inspired design element — think minimal patterns or shapes worked lightly into the background or border. This flair should feel tasteful and restrained, not thematic or decorative. If you need some inspiration for the arabic/morrocan theme - please look up the Habibi Miami website (https://www.habibimia.com/).

Design Guidelines:
Portrait orientation only
Bold, clean, modern layout
Use of both Vivex and VIA Disc NP brand colors preferred
Use of both Vivex and VIA Disc NP logos (VIA Disc NP logo is a subsidiary of the Vivex logo - so please make the Vivex logo the larger of the two; they are both the same company - Vivex owns VIA Disc NP).
Strong, readable typography that looks professional and commands attention
Design must work well as both a LinkedIn graphic and a standalone PDF
Visual tone: corporate, high-level, medical, innovative

Speakers: Timothy Deer, MD; Pierce Nunley, MD; Ramo Naidu, MD (I am including headshots of each speaker - they need to be included on the invite - please remove the backgrounds in the headshot to make all of them uniform looking on the invite)
