Brief de Design de Logo

Who We Are:
High Places is a Sheffield-based tour operator founded in 1988. We run small-group walking and trekking holidays focused exclusively on South Asia—India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan—where we have deep local experience and long-standing partnerships.

Why We’re Rebranding:
Since the pandemic, we've streamlined our offering and are now rebuilding with a clearer focus. We were offering 20 plus destinations but now need to refocus on our core and rebuild. Our current logo (inspired by Jantar Mantar in Delhi) feels outdated and doesn’t reflect our refreshed direction. We also added a tagline which can be part of logo or now ' Journeys Beyond Adventure'

What We Need:
A modern, distinctive logo that communicates:

Authentic adventure & cultural depth
Focus on what we do Walking in Himalayas, india, Nepal, Bhutan and even in Sri Lanka
Trust and 35+ years of experience
Personal, meaningful travel (not mass tourism)
Design Preferences:

Clean, contemporary style
Optional visual nod to mountains, trails, or subtle cultural motifs (e.g. mandala, temple architecture)
No cliché travel icons (e.g. planes, globes)
A standalone icon/symbol version is preferred
Professional but warm and human—not corporate
Target Audience:
Aged 35–55, UK-based, curious and socially conscious travellers looking for authentic, well-guided experiences off the beaten path.

Icon-only version (for social/media)
