Brief de Design Graphique
I'm looking for a graphic design, probably in the form of a poster or something that can be posted on walls throughout the building that identifies our "DataDrill Values".
The values are: Accountability, Honesty, Excellence, Teamwork, and Family.
Associated behaviors (which I'd like displayed with each value) are:
Accountability: Integrity, Trust, Self-Discipline, Tranparency
Honesty: Integrity, Pschological Safety, Vulnerability, Dependable, Ethical, Truthful
Excellence: Consistent Quality, Continuous Improvement, Attention to Detail, Accepting Challenges, Service to others (internally and externally)
Teamwork: Acknowledging strengths and weaknesses, Compromise, Active listening, Punctuality, Open to Feedback, Mutual Respect
Family: Acceptance, Compassion, Being there for each other, Celebrating Successes
I have attached an example that my team put together, however it is too small for something on the wall, and am looking for other options.
