Project Brief: Redesign of Features & Benefits Document
Objective:
Redesign our Features & Benefits list to match the updated style of our forthcoming website and new one-sheeter. The document must be designed in PowerPoint (.pptx) so our internal team can easily update it. It will be exported to PDF for distribution and should read well as a printed document. The goal is to present our platform’s key features and benefits in a clear, engaging, and user-friendly way that supports conversations with prospective clients.

Format & Output Requirements:
• Format: Must be designed in PowerPoint (.pptx)
• Layout in PowerPoint should be 8 1/2" x 11" portrait mode
• Editable: Must be fully editable within PowerPoint—not just a static graphic pasted into PowerPoint. All text, icons, and elements should be editable and easy to update by our internal team.
• Distribution: The final document will be printed/exported to PDF for distribution, so it should be designed to read well as a printed document.
• Usability: Designed to function both as a standalone overview and as a follow-up/leave-behind document for demos and client conversations.

• Align with the style of the new website and one-sheeter (fonts, colors, layout style)
• We will provide design proofs of the new website to guide visual direction
• Clean, modern, and professional look and feel
• Use of white space and layout structure to prevent visual overwhelm

• Open to new flow or navigation ideas—e.g., grouped by theme, icons with short descriptions, or tabbed sections
