Brief de Design de Logo

We are Christian non-profit organization launching a new initiative focused on a relationship with Jesus.

Design Style
• Simple clean lines. 
• Subtle movement like the swoosh in the VSN logo. Something that conveys a sense of movement, progress or journey toward a destination.
• It should not include any image or representation of Jesus. Each person should be free to imagine (or not) how Jesus is with them. 
• No religious symbolism (cross, arch).
Audience
• Global
• Slightly more men than women
• Age 23-35
References
• VSN and MMU logo simplicity is appreciated, but this should be warmer and more human. 
• The simplicity of the Amazon logo is nice and it reflects subtle movement
• Yves Saint Laurent because of the artistic rendering of the name with a three letter icon.
Tone
• Quiet, peaceful, inviting, humble, friendly, modern
Colors
• Warm and organic (earthy neutrals, soft golds or muted greens). 
• Avoid red, blue, and overly cool tones.
• Subtle
• Not feminine (No script fonts, pastel colors, or floral motifs)
Icons / Imagery
• There could be the hint of a shephard staff
• There could be a hint of flowing water
• There could be a hint of an open hand as if inviting to take a walk
• There could be a hint of light
Font
• Approachable, not sharp or heavy
• San serif
• Like: Gill Sans MT, Open Sans
• Narrow to medium
Verbiage
• It will need the words “Friendship with Jesus” to convey the meaning beyond the letters.
Layout
• All words on one line or 
• Three lines of one word each
• Need a bug  with just the letters “FWJ”
