Brief de Design de Logo

We are starting a family medicine direct primary care/physical therapy clinic in Western New York. . We will be treating a population in a ski resort and farming community so a blend of athletes and general population. Our practice history includes experience in college and professional sports, the US Army, and US Special Operations. We want to our logo to be simple so we can easily print it on shirts, stickers, banners.
We would like our logo to have the letters "MDPT" blended into the silhouette of a ridgeline or some hills and the name VALLEY RIDGE above or below it. And then below VALLEY RIDGE we want DIRECT PRIMARY CARE & PERFORMANCE PHYSICAL THERAPY. The MDPT should be hidden in the hills/mountains as part of the design of the mountain. We like the colors red, white, blue and green. Red should probably not be the primary color though as we don't want to convey that we provide emergency services.
The final design should be simple and straight forward with the MDPT looking like mountains and the attention on VALLEY RIDGE. Our mission is to provide high level holistic care for an active population. We've included two past logos that we like for reference.
