FitNatik 6 Week Summer Shred Meal Plan Design (Branded Handout)
📄 Overview:
We are looking for a professionally designed, branded meal plan handout for our fitness facility, FitNatik. This meal plan will be used during our upcoming 6 Week Summer Shred Challenge, where members aim to lose body fat, build lean muscle, and improve their energy through nutrition and strength training.
The design should be highly polished, visually engaging, and reflect our brand quality — something on par with what you would see from larger national gym chains (e.g., Orange Theory, F45, Barry’s Bootcamp). This is not just a text document — we want it to feel premium, motivating, and easy to follow, ideally something members are excited to reference and share.
🧾 Format & Layout:
Size: Standard 8.5x11 inch format (single or double-sided)
Final Output: Print-ready PDF + editable source files
Orientation: Portrait
Can be designed as either:
One visually organized front-and-back sheet
Or two clean, digestible pages presented as a mini-handout
🎨 Design Style:
Clean, energetic, and transformation-focused
Use brand colors and fonts that feel bold, fresh, and motivating
Include icons, dividers, or visual cues to separate sections (not just blocks of text)
Sections should feel approachable and empowering, not clinical or restrictive
Include room for the FitNatik logo (provided) at the top and/or footer
