Brief de Design de Logo

Elevate PM is a Swiss-based coaching and consulting brand that supports project managers and decision-makers in developing strong leadership skills, personal clarity and effective project governance. The name “Elevate PM” reflects our core mission: helping professionals elevate their project management mindset – not just through tools and methods, but through deeper understanding of leadership, structure and personal development.

Our services focus on two key audiences:

Project managers who want to grow into confident, structured leaders.
Corporate decision-makers (e.g. project sponsors, department heads) who need to steer projects successfully without falling into micromanagement.
We combine project management expertise with coaching techniques to deliver a high-trust, high-clarity approach to professional development.

We are now looking for a clean and minimalistic logo that visually represents our positioning. The logo must clearly include the words “Elevate PM” and be paired with a simple, memorable symbol. Ideal themes for the symbol include growth, clarity, direction or orientation – such as a compass, arrow, or stylized upward movement. These elements should be abstract and professional, not literal or overly technical.

We are asking for a black and white version only at this stage. The logo will be used across web, print (e.g. invoices, Word/PDF docs), and on vehicle signage – so versatility and simplicity are key. The design should work on both light and dark backgrounds.

Please avoid playful or cartoon-like styles, gradients, complex illustrations or IT/real estate–style technical branding. Think modern, confident, minimal and timeless. Sans-serif fonts are preferred. A horizontal layout (symbol beside text) is ideal, but we also welcome strong icon-based ideas that could be used standalone for social media or profile pictures.
