Brief de Design de Logo

I need current logo redesigned with a few amendments. Its an original Stone Homestead built early 1900's Short term rental accommodation in country town on the River nestled in Olive and Pistachio Orchard.
*need Logo final files to be provided in both RGB & CMYK Formats:
RGB (JPEG,PNG,SVG,PDF)
CMYK(JPEG,EPS,PDF)
I need current logo redesigned with a following amendments:
*Carport to be added to the left of house as per artist illustration attached (no car please)
*remove vertical lines down the wall of house and replaced with stone or shaded so it looks country old charm look like artist picture.
*pine tree to be positioned behind house as in photo.
*don''t include airconditioning unit on image.
*position love seats centred under each window not near pots as in photo.
*redo logo so it is soft and old country charm - use image labelled below "shading and font inspiration" for inspiration.
*I will consider the logo in colours as shown in Artist interpretation of property, but prefer soft grey and white shading.
