Brief de Design de Flyer

I am a dentist who practices dental sleep medicine, alternative to CPAP, such as custom-fit oral appliance therapy, laser treatment, and other adjunctive treatments. I need a professional trifold brochure to give directly to patients and physicians. The brochure needs to be educational and informative, and I would also like it to provide some information about me from a marketing standpoint. I had a custom brochure made in the past, more catered for patients, but it looks too crowded with info and hard to read. I need a clean and easy-to-read brochure. It could be tri-fold or quarter-fold. I attached some files on my current brochure, business card, and logos for your review and ideas.
