Brief de Design de Logo

Powder River Construction will be rebranded to "PRC". This is a construction company that does a lot of concrete work, road construction, specialty buildings and projects (new city pools, parks, etc.) So if there is some sort of VERY subtle way to put in some sort of universal visual of construction or tool into the logo that subtlety says they are in all aspects of construction, that would be cool. They are based in Gillette, WY

The goal for their marketing is to recruit young top tier talent. Target demographic is Males 18-25 in rural towns in the Rocky Mountain Region so the logo should be slick and look cool on trucks, equipment, hard hats, shirts, etc.

Here is their current website with their logo. Way to many details and very dated. I would like something much more bold, minimalist, clean.

It should look good and recognizable from a distance on apparel, equipment, trucks, hard hats, banners, buildings, and especially very recognizable on social media and icons etc. It should also be something that is easy to print and embroider.

Their colors are Green, white, and gray. I am honestly not a huge fan of the gray. It could just turn into white and a bold cool looking green (not straying too far from their current green) that looks the same on the web and easily printable. It should also look good as a stencil with just one color that they can put on the back of their High vis (bright green shirts)

Feel free to explore whatever direction you would like but I think we need a few of the following variations:
-Wordmark (PRC)
-Wordmark (PRC) w/ "Powder River Construction" underneath or something
-a stand alone ICON (this could be the wordmark as well) we could use for our SM profiles front left chest logos on shirts etc.)
-Wordmark w/ tagline lockup: "We Build Wyoming"
-Icon | wordmark lockup
-Icon | wordmark | tagline lockup.
