Brief de Web Design
I want to upgrade my old template for the registry. I will describe the things I love about it and the things I don't. We will keep the likes and improve the dislikes. I used the Database page as an Example. The colors are important because they will also be the colors for the pages in the database for each horse registered. I listed all the buttons I will need below.

I want to remind creators that I will have a number of pages on the website but only need one template design that will be for all of them. I want a well designed header with the logo, International Araloosa Horse Registry, and the buttons or pages listed on or under the header. I want the header to stand out from the body of the template. The body of the template will be light in color. White, off white, or light tan with texture. I want examples of fonts that might match the style. The footer will be similar to the header. Just doesn't need to be a fancy. I will need coding for this project, too. Feel free to ask questions. I will try to stay active with comments on work submitted. Thanks Everyone.

I was hoping for a design that would be more creative than what I already have. There are a lot of nice designs, but I don't think any of them did anything as far as the header with the same depth and design of the old one. I would like to use elements of the old design Header and have that improved. There were many neat designs and textures for the body but not the header.

- The same flag/logo design with the shadow behind it as on the old design. A similar header backdrop with damask and texture similar in colors and texture. I think the old one is too gritty. I think the layer is too harsh for the damask. But I like the colors in the grunge layer over the damask. Flag/logo on the left side similar to the old design. The header must be about the same size. It needs a new content body. I love vintage but not old yellow orange or pink paper. Something light with texture like some of white and off white I have seen in the designs. The footer will have similar design as the header. Doesn't need to be as elaborate, but related. Buttons will be: Home, The Araloosa, Registration, News & Events, Store, Database. There is no need to do a page for each. Just one stunning template design that I will use for each page.
Bien d'avoir
- I like an elegant design with a mix of matching colors (browns, tans, cremes, whites), patterns (damask, pin stripes), and textures (paper texture. Soft and small not hard or large textures like wrinkles). I am open to fonts. Maybe a little more modern type. Surprise me.
Ne doit pas comporter
- I do not want a photos, graphics, or phrases attached to or in the header. I want the header to stand alone. I don't want a western American cowboy feel to the template. I don't want a lot of dark colors in the body where content will go.
