Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a contemporary logo design for our new business called 'Bullseye Birdies' that will be located in the beautiful seaside town of Geraldton, Western Australia.
Business name explanation: 'Bullseye' is a Darts Game term and 'Birdie' is a Golf Game Term (does not have anything to do with birds).
The business will be a tavern/bar/restaurant that offers Darts Simulator and Golf Simulator experiences, food, beverages, events, golf/darts tournaments, golf/darts training, and corporate/private parties.
We DO NOT want a cartoon-like basic logo that has a dart board with golf clubs across it. We are seeking a sophisticated design that will match the up-market feel of our new establishment. The words 'Bullseye' and 'Birdies' are equally important so must be the same font style, size and weight please.
Our colour preferences are navy blue/gold/white with the logo able to be reversed out if positioned on a darker background (i.e. 5 colour versions once final logo design is achieved - one master version for white background, 1 for dark colours background, 1 x all white, 1 x all navy, 1 x all gold). We will need a full suite of image files please e.g. eps, pdf, jpeg, png.
