Brief de Web Design

Looking for someone experienced in Wordpress to redesign our existing website as part of a rebrand. The scope of the redesign includes:

1. Change logo and colours throughout to match new name and branding (minimal pink, mainly light and dark blue)
2. Redesign to focus of converison rate optimisation and modernisation. The focus is conveyancing and the call to action is Request an Instant Quote
3. Remove Meet the Leadership Team section from homepage
4. Remove Meet the Team section from About Us Page
5. Change ribbon to have Special Conditions and Blog as their own tabs, not a drop down under Resources
6. Include a Get a Free Quote section on the homepage similar to conveyancing.com.au, however does not require a State section. This calculator is to be coded into the final design and there will only be 3 different prices depending on what they choose

SLUG/Page stucture must stay the same for the final coded design.

Wanting something that is very clean and conversion rate optimised.

The existing website is mcandrewlaw.com.au. It is moving to brisbanepropertylawyers.com.au and changing name to Brisbane Property Lawyers.

The colour codes and font name are included there also. You must use the correct colour codes from the logo. You can add a lighter blue to be the contract colour also. The pink colour is not to be a main colour it is just a feature colour to be used minimally. The dark blue from the background of the inverse (hex 192330) and a lighter blue are the main colours. Lots of white space and not all a dark background.
