Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a fresh logo design for the summer season. We are interested in playing off of the picture attached but only want the NC and Outer Banks outline (not the Virginia one). In the outline, we would like something beachy with a pelican. In regards to the logo, we would want the bird/sun separated from the words 'Black Pelican' but both used in it just separately.
