Brief de Design de Logo

The company logo is going to represent Orange County's MedTech industry, and be based on creating a legacy nonprofit to support the medical device industry. The name "Orange Tree" will represent the roots of our community and the fruits of our labor impacting patient lives.

The initial concept was to have a large circle around the logo representing the "O" in OC (Orange County) and a smaller "C" inside. At a base line we want a "Medical Blue" color, and a complimentary orange color. We want to see different designs for putting either a tree or at least a branch with a orange or leaf in it to represent the "Tree' in Orange tree. We want to see if there can be a image in the design as well that represents "MedTech". This should NOT be the typical medical "Rod of Caduceus", as this represent medical and not Medical Devices (MedTech). We are open to seeing ideas of how to visually capture this.

Needs: Letter O, Letter C, Symbol of Tree or branch with either leaves of orange, colors - medtech blue and orange.

We need this logo to be able to be "vector" friendly, as when we played with other images they were too detailed and not scalable.

We want a logo that can smack you in the face, and let people know exactly what we are visually. A logo that captures the soul of this.

I've attached two attempts at this which did not land, but were fair first attempts.
