Brief de Design de Logo

Would like to have this designed and cleaned up and open to some different variances. I am hoping for some improvements and to clean this up and be sure it is complete in design. To remove the "Leather Background" and look at some modern options. Should include the FROG, a cross, and with Monogram JP or JJP. Could also use a version without the monogram. this will be used for a Family Foundation logo
