Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a new company, Apex Development Partners. The company named after a German Shepherd named Apex. We need a clean simple logo that has very subtle hints of it's German Shepherd roots. The company is a development company in the business of infrastructure development. Nothing to do with dogs, but the dog is the namesake. We are in the finance business so clean, elegant, and simple is the way. Apex picture included for reference. If a German Shepherd silhouette doesn't quite work, just a simple ADP or Apex Development Partners will work. When I say subtle German Shepherd vibes, I mean so subtle most people might not see it at first. I selected colors, but gray scale is also fine. Our business is financial and project development. We develop oil terminals, ports, and renewable energy projects. Focused on project finance. Must have a very professional logo.
