Brief de Design de Flyer

Im looking for a one page, 8.5"X11" flyer that includes both images and text that tells a prospective client about my company.

My company sells high-end, luxury tile and natural stone, exotic slabs used for countertops. We source our tile and slabs from around the world. Our tile is unique, exotic, eye-catching, luxurious, and beautiful. Our tile comes in all types of material, such as porcelain, ceramic, glass, terracotta, and cement,t but we are primarily known for our natural stone options.

I want this flyer to be beautiful, sophisticated, eye-catching, but also unique, like our tile and stone. (We dislike boring tile, we also dislike boring flyers, we love to WOW our prospective clients and want to leave a lasting impression.) I want the prospective client to immediately understand our offering is the best and most unique in the region.

Additionally, my company, Z Design Tile & Stone, prides itself on premium customer service. Our expectation is that we always exceed our clients' expectations from start to finish.
