Brief de Design de Logo

We are a recording- and producingstudio in the centre of the Netherlands (Baarn) . People can come to us if they want to have their commercial recorded (or voice over, (stock) music, jingleproduction, etc...) and/or composed. Primarily for buisiness (f.e (advertising) companies, bands, artists, broadcast, and so on). The design is modern, but must also be good on a flag. Colour is no problem I think, as long as the whole will be clear and not overdone (and visible /recognizable on a flag).
Initial (raw) idea was big S and than the rest, since all words start with an S :) I uploaded it for what it's worth
