Brief de Design de Logo

We have an existing logo that we don't mind but don't have any file formats. We like the existing logo redesigned/modernised. I've uploaded the existing logo.
The colours below are what we use on our vans and would like to incorporate int the logo. The values are CMYK not RAL codes, I hope you’re still able to match these.
