Brief de Design de Logo

We need to "refresh" and rebrand a residential sales brokerage in the DMV area called Home Theory Realty that is now joining a larger brokerage and becoming the "Home Theory Sales Team" at Chambers Theory (or could be "Powered by Chambers Theory". I want it to keep the spirit and essence including the globe from the original home theory realty logo, i'd like to see it bigger and taken out of the "O". I'd also like to see it incorporate some of the colors of the Chambers Theory logo but still keep the distinctive green from Home Theory
