Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a Logo for a new company 'Kasper Group' that is simple and easy to ready. Our company is a General Contracting / Construction Management company. Hoping for a logo that is rectangular in and features Oranges and Dark Greys. We're open to alternative accent colours. We do not want any gimmicky hammer pictures, cranes or anything like this implemented into the Logo. Our business is quite corporate but want a design theme of upward growth.
Hoping to add something to the effect of "Building for the Future" at the bottom. Show logo on White background and on charcoal grey Background. The sign will be displayed on Construction fence screening so avoid thin fine lines.
