Brief de Design Étiquette

I need a luxury label designed for our new product, which are infusion bags for drinks and cocktails. We are a saffron producer so all will contain saffron and the name of the product is Saffron Sips. There will be 10 bags in each pack, and the packaging will be a cardboard cylinder which is 105mm high x 85mm wide. The tagline is "Elevate every pour", and the first variety will be called Radiant Rosé. The ingredients are saffron, rose petals and hibiscus flower. The label needs to feel luxurious, and I would like a gold foil element in the final printing so please include that in the design. Our brand is Argyle Australian Saffron. I like clean designs, without excessive detail but would be open to some saffron flower illustrations included. The design needs to be editable for different blends as we release them.
