Brief de Design de Logo

I’m launching Summit Resilience Group, a professional organization focused on resilience, leadership, and confidence in crisis. I need a modern, professional logo for use on websites, branding, clothing, business cards, social media (including LinkedIn), and more. I’ve attached an initial concept (see below) with blue / gray colors and mountain imagery—I like the shield element and blue tones, but need a polished, scalable version. Open to other aesthetically appropriate colors as well (green maybe).

Design Requirements:

Style: Modern, clean, and professional, conveying strength, resilience, and confidence.
Elements: Include "Summit Resilience Group" (emphasize "Summit" if possible), a mountain/summit image, and a shield (not a badge) to symbolize protection and strength. Optional tagline: "Confidence in Crisis" (smaller, if it fits).
Colors: Use the blue shades from my current design (dark and light blue), with optional white or gray accents for balance. Maybe green. Open to ideas.
Typography: Clean, bold, legible fonts for the name; readable but subtle for the tagline.
Simplicity: Avoid overly complex designs—keep it scalable and clear for all uses (small and large sizes).
Usage Specifications:

Scalable for websites, clothing, business cards, and social media.
Provide color and black-and-white versions in vector (AI, EPS), PNG, JPEG, and SVG formats. Must include transparent files.

Inspiration:

Draw from my attached design, focusing on the shield and blue tones. Look at crisis management or leadership logos, but keep it unique and simple.
