Brief de Design de Carte de Visite
New business card for a "team" within our brokerage. This means that the broker logo must be noticeably larger than the team logo. I will need My name and caricature logo (Glynne Pascal), Broker name and logo (Simply Real Estate)(and I need there to be "text" that indicates its "brokered by" Simply Real Estate), Team Name and logo (The Deana Freshette Team), my QR code (from the attachment), my business address (73 W Granada Blvd A1, Ormond Beach FL 32174) my work phone (O: 386.677.0870), my cell phone (C: 386.852.7355) (work and cell need to be formated that way noted with office being "before" cell ).
I included my current business card and it has most of the information. With that said, it is too busy. I understand that in some ways, I am asking to "add more" but I think it can be done. The main colors are the Simply Real Estate blues with secondary color of the hot pink in the Team logo. The QR code could "overlap" the caricature by being in one of the lower corners if need be (but not really preferred).
I would like it to look as "clean" as possible and the least amount of colors (because there are already too many colors but I cannot change that). Eventually, this card will be the "template" for my For Sale and Open House signs.
I prefer one sided card but if 2 side is better, then go with 2 sided. BUT the Broker logo and team logo must be on the same side.
If you go to 2 sides, I would like the term "Keep it sunny!" somewhere near my carcicature. There are several Simply Real Estate Logos to choose from (you only need one) but I prefer the "Unlock your Happiness" one but do whatever fits best.
