Brief de Design de Logo

This logo will be used for an industry conference called "Food Safety NEXT" and marketing the future of food safety in America. The logo will be used as a marketing tool for restaurants and other food service companies to obtain training and education. The logo should be very simple and include blue & white as the primary colors similar to what is attached here. It should be appealing to business leaders and should reflect a trusted authority of food safety.
