Brief de Design de Vêtement

I'm looking to have a sweatshirt designed to make fun of my son and his friends. I want the front to have a picture in the front left corner with two boys in a golf cart driving crazy with another boy hanging onto the back barely holding on (kid holding on has tall curly hair.)
Then on the back I want to have all three kids on the ground in handcuffs with the golf cart half off a curb with a couple of cops around them and maybe some cars in the parking lot, possibly a Rutgers "R" on one of the cars or a sign. Then I was thinking of having something saying "Next time we walk" but I'm open to other sayings.
