Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre
I want the front cover to feature a young lady wearing an elaborate dress in the middle foreground, with a seamstress sewing away and a sewing machine nearby in the background (smaller). They are both the same girl, in her 20's with a thick braid going down 1 side of her head and elaborate beads in her hair. She is African American.
The background picture should be similar to the picture of the seamstress attached, but the girl will have a long, thick braid.
The bottom of the dress should have rows of ruffles like the black dress attached, the sleeves of the dress should be bell shaped like the brown and cream dress and the top should have slanted crystals going down the front like the red dress suit. The foreground picture should feature the girl on a runway with a few people watching.
The back cover should feature the same braid haired girl walking away in the same dress. There are multiple roses going down the dress like the colored dress in the runway picture.
In no instance should there be more than 6 people watching her walk (front nor back cover). However, a few should be standing as they watch, not sitting!
She looks confident and gorgeous. She has make-up, but not a whole lot - eyeliner with wings, long lashes, blush on cheeks and color on lips.
Please see my rough draft of the front cover image I have in mind.

SUMMARY
“Come Through, Benitta,” is a sequel to the popular title, “Aunt Juicy’s Wayward Family.” That title featured a number of city-dwelling nieces and nephews who reluctantly visit their bossy Aunt Juicy at her countryside home for their summer vacation. This started a tradition that they began to look forward to, for Aunt Juicy was a force to be reckoned with. Benitta packed more fabric and fashion design materials in her suitcase than ready-made clothes for each visit as she was an intentional seamstress.
In this sequel, Benitta gets selected for a fashion design contest preparing an elaborate dress for an unknown female. With fewer credentials than the other contestants, she knows that God opened that door for her. The way He sustains her, time-and-time-again causes her to continue to give Him glory for all He has done.
Willing to stand without apology or hesitation for her faith and be a lifted-up standard against fashion industry norms, Benitta becomes a tour-de-force. She puts into practice something her late Aunt Juicy and parents taught her as she learns how to stand out in a good way for the right thing.
