Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a creative, captivating logo for a professional services firm serving athletes. The logo should present a professional vibe but also with a bit of flair giving a nod to the extreme sports athletes we serve. The firm offers a 360 degree approach to career management for professional athletes offering in house services from our group of professionals including: athlete representation, legal, accounting and tax minimization, wealth creation and optimization strategies, retirement planning, as well as injury and illness prevention and management to enhance and lengthen careers and earning opportunities. The RWC stands for Real Wealth Creation. After looking at initial designs I like when there is an element of creative use of the three letters, but still easy to decipher. Also I do not care for the use of athlete figures or characters in the logo design. Thank you.
